Responsibilities
- Back office, invoicing clients for services rendered, verifying supplier invoices, reconciling tariffs, supporting colleagues working in other countries, and communicating (not selling) with foreign clients via phone and email to coordinate logistics services in various ports around the world.
- We are seeking organized and attentive employees who are willing to learn and grow.
- Company-sponsored training, with formal employment from the start of training.
Requirements
- We are seeking candidates with a university degree (incomplete is acceptable) and no experience, but fluent in English (at least B2) and Spanish (at least A2). Fluency in both languages is required, as is fluent oral and written communication and good listening comprehension.
- Understanding of logistics processes and any knowledge of maritime transport would be a plus.
Conditions
- Salary during the training period is 1700 rubles before taxes. The training period is a maximum of 3 months (preferably completed earlier). After this period, we expect successful candidates to be ready for independent work. Salary after the training period will be increased to a minimum of 1900 rubles and above, depending on each employee's performance.
