Responsibilities
- Back office support for colleagues working in other countries, and interaction with international clients via phone and email to coordinate logistics services in various ports around the world.
- We are seeking organized and attentive employees who are willing to learn and grow.
- Training is provided by the company, with official employment from the start of training. The schedule after the training period is flexible, with several shifts to ensure constant communication with clients.

Requirements
- We are seeking candidates with a university degree (incomplete is acceptable) and no experience, but fluent in English (at least B2) and Spanish (at least A2). Fluent oral and written communication skills, as well as good listening comprehension, are essential.
- Understanding logistics processes and any knowledge of maritime transport would be a plus.

Conditions
- Salary during the training period is 1700 BYN before taxes. The training period is a maximum of 3 months (preferably completed earlier). After this period, we expect successful candidates to be ready for independent work. Salary after the training period will be increased to a minimum of 1900 BYN net, or more, depending on each employee's performance.
