We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing international team in Minsk. If you speak English confidently and are ready to develop in B2B sales, this is a great opportunity to build a career in an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Development: Сommunication with international clients;
• Sales Growth: Сollaboration with current clients and attracting new ones;
• Negotiations and Deal Closing: Negotiate and conclude deals that match or exceed sales target.
• Team Collaboration: Сollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and update reports on client activity in CRM;
• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients who may not yet be familiar with our offerings and introduce them to our solutions.
Who We’re Looking For:
• English proficiency at B2+ or higher;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently;
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
