In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support as they engage with our e-commerce solution on the U.S. market. Our product operates seamlessly on both web and mobile platforms and integrates with major global commerce platforms like eBay and Amazon.

Key responsibilities:

Handling customer inquiries through email, phone calls, and LiveChat on our online marketplace platform.

Meeting KPIs, including metrics for chat, calls, and maintaining CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) levels.

Resolving customer queries and concerns across multiple platforms.

Ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Maintaining a positive company image on all utilized marketplaces.

Multitasking including collaborating with various departments.
Expectations:

Proficiency in both spoken and written American English.

A regular in-office presence during weekdays from 7 PM to 4 AM in summer and from 8 PM to 5 AM in winter, based on Eastern Central to Pacific Time Zones.

Proficiency in Business Correspondence and Multicultural Communication.

A strong desire for ongoing personal and professional growth.

Knowledge of a second language is a valuable asset.

Prior customer support experience is highly valued.

Basic analytical and mathematical skills.

Effective handling of challenging communications and interactions.
