Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic sourcing and acquisition of B2B clients from the US, Canada and Europe

  • Lead qualification and conversion into long-term partnerships

  • Building and optimizing the sales funnel

  • Crafting tailored commercial proposals to meet client-specific needs

  • Analyzing client requirements and adapting solutions to their business objectives

  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Developing and scaling new sales channels

  • Daily use of HubSpot CRM

  • Close collaboration with other departments, including engineering and marketing

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the IT / software development field, preferably targeting the US and Europe

  • Strong English proficiency (C1+)

  • Experience with presales activities (including estimations and proposal creation)

  • Proven track record in lead qualification and closing large deals

  • Experience in complex negotiations with decision-makers

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Strategic thinking and multitasking capabilities

  • Proactive mindset with a results-driven approach

  • Experience of living, working, or studying abroad (US / Europe)
