The Project

Rather than simply building tools or defining processes, the team ensures that these solutions fundamentally reshape employees’ day-to-day work and deliver measurable, tangible improvements.
Responsibilities
- The primary activity on this position will be working directly with CTO, the engineering group to architect, design, and implement the software and business processes necessary for achieving the goals of the company
- Communication with stakeholders across the company, including management and individual contributors, building a holistic understanding of the business, creating, and implementing designs for software products and processes
- The expected outcome is building and improvement of the company process engineering capabilities
- Accounting for individual and social human behavior in software and process designs
Requirements
- English B1-B2
- Experience of analyzing an organization of at least 100 people in size
- Experience in designing process-aware information systems
- Understanding the basics of cost accounting and general business operations in software engineering domain
- Knowledge and practical application of systems design theories to work
- Articulate and concise written and verbal communication
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis
- At least 10 years of working in IT industry
- Experience of learning a business domain (healthcare, finance, insurance, or similar), willingness to learn a new one
