Minsk Marriott Hotel is currently looking for dedicated and talented Reservation Agent to join our family!

JOB SUMMARY:

• To input and update reservations from all booking channels, ensuring that all relevant information is included on the booking and that any special request or requirements are communicated to relevant departments;
• To respond to all guest requests, external and internal, to provide guests with information about hotel services.
