We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our international team and support the delivery of IT projects for global markets and large corporate clients. This role is a great opportunity to grow in IT project coordination, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with a professional, multicultural team.
You will contribute to well-structured project processes and ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders. If you enjoy organizing workflows and want to develop in project management — we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:

Be part of a Project Management team delivering IT projects.

Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, take and share meeting notes

Track task progress and help ensure timely completion

Communicate with development, QA and other project teams

Gather, analyze and structure project-related information
-
Prepare reports, documentation and presentation materials
-
Monitor deadlines, risks and key project milestones

Assist in communication with clients and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned
We are looking for someone who has:
-
Completed IT Project Manager courses and has experience in coordination or administrative roles
or practical experience in IT as a QA, BA or similar specialist -
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello and others

Strong communication and organizational skills

A proactive, flexible mindset and willingness to grow professionally

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders

Confident English level B2+ for professional communication
