Marketing Specialist Assistant

GP Solutions is looking for Marketing Manager Assistant.

Remote work or Minsk office, full-time.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English level;

• Basic understanding of digital marketing;

• Interest in content placement, social media, event coordination;

• Good organizational and communication skills.

Will be a huge plus:

• Outbound lead generation experience;

• Familiarity with cold outreach tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot);

• Basic familiarity with popular AI tools: Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity;

• Experience in working with English-speaking markets, including cultural and consumer behavior insights.

Primary Tasks:

1. Email Marketing:

• Assistance in collecting contact data and compiling email lists for campaigns (cold outreach and existing databases);

• Assistance setting up and maintaining email templates for mass email campaigns;

• Usage of tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or Phantombuster for cold outreach;

• Assistance ensuring regular email campaign delivery;

• Anti-spam activities to improve email deliverability.

2. Outbound marketing campaigns

• Regular LinkedIn cold outreach (content management, campaign tracking);

• Usage of other channels for cold outreach: Xing, Facebook, specialized industry resources, etc.

3. CRM Management:

• Contact management in Zoho CRM system.

• Assist in setting up and maintaining email templates for mass campaigns.

• Track email campaigns and report on their performance.

Additional scope of work:

• Crowd Marketing (participation in forum discussions, social media and comment sections for brand promotion);
• Backlink Management (publishing expert materials (prepared by copywriters) on third-party platforms, blogs, and media outlets);
• Participation in trade event preparations (regular trade exhibitions in Berlin, London, Dubai, etc.);
• Listing Services Management (regular update of company information on platforms like Clutch, Capterra, and similar).
• Analytics and Reporting (monitoring of corporate website parameters and marketing campaign performance).
