Android developer

We are BLD Soft, a product-driven IT company that has been developing a platform for IPTV/OTT services since 2015. Our in-house solutions - streaming, CDN, and middleware - ensure stable system performance for millions of users.

We are looking for a Middle Android Developer to join our team and help us build and improve both Android mobile and TV applications for our products.​​​​​​​

• Develop and support Android mobile and Android TV applications
• Implement new features and improve existing functionality
• Work on application architecture, stability, and code quality
• Integrate applications with REST API and GraphQL services
• Publish and support applications in Google Play
• Participate in technical discussions and collaborate with other teams
• Work with Git, Jira, and other development tools in daily tasks
• Use AI tools in daily work to improve development speed, code quality, and team efficiency

• 2+ years of experience developing mobile applications using Java/Kotlin
• Good understanding of RxJava and/or Kotlin Coroutines
• Experience in building application architecture and understanding of common architectural approaches
• Strong experience working with REST API and GraphQL
• Experience in publishing and supporting applications in Google Play
• Ability to work with development tools such as Git, Jira, and similar
• Interest in technical growth, self-development, and initiative in work
• Openness to using AI tools in everyday work and understanding how they can improve productivity and engineering processes

Nice to have:

• Experience developing Android TV applications
• Understanding of UI/UX specifics for TV interfaces and remote-control navigation
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Firebase
• Understanding of media products, video streaming, or IPTV/OTT solutions
