Coach

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Trainer / Coach to conduct engaging and effective sales training sessions. The ideal candidate will help our team improve their sales skills, boost performance, and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales training sessions
• Develop and implement training programs and materials
• Coach team members on sales techniques and strategies
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to improve performance
• Motivate and inspire the team to reach targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales training or coaching
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate participants
• Result-oriented mindset

Working Hours:

• 5 days per week
• From 16:00 to 21:00

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + performance-based bonuses
