Product Manager

Keydev is on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Product team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Growth management experience
• Conduct research to identify opportunities, trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Marketing, Risk, BI and Engineering to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and address concerns throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in the fintech domain is desirable
• Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, LTV.
• Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and make decisions amid conflicting interests.
• English - B1+ or higher.
