The Project

Syberry.com is more than a corporate website - it is a fast-evolving digital platform that shapes Syberry’s global brand presence, attracts new clients, and helps talented professionals discover career opportunities within the company. The project combines product thinking, modern UX/UI design, employer branding, and continuous experimentation with new features, performance improvements, and user engagement solutions. Following a major redesign and brand refresh in 2024–2025, the platform continues to grow with a strong focus on innovation, usability, and visual quality.
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven engineer who is excited to bring fresh ideas, experiment with modern design approaches, and take ownership of impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces for the company website using Next.js 14 and Tailwind
  Develop frontend animations and interactive elements with attention to performance and UX
• Analyze, clarify, and refine requirements to ensure accurate implementation
• Translate UI/UX designs into production-ready interfaces in close cooperation with designers
• Work with QA engineers to validate features, fix defects, and ensure release quality
• Apply SSR and SEO best practices in implementation
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with project standards

Requirements

• 6+ months of commercial experience as a Frontend Software Engineer working with React-based development
• Practical experience with Next.js 14 and Tailwind CSS
• Intermediate (or higher) proficiency in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and SEO optimization principles
• Strong knowledge of semantic HTML and modern layout techniques
• Strong motivation and interest in building user interfaces and frontend animation
• Experience with AI tools and LLMs (commercial or personal) and interest in using them in development

Optional requirements

• Experience with Node.js
• Familiarity with AWS services
