Toggle is a product company building eSIM and VPN solutions for global connectivity across all major platforms, including mobile, desktop, and TV.

Role Overview

Toggle is a next-generation mobile operator. Mobile internet in 188 countries, delivered via eSIM technology.
You own Toggle's entire digital presence as a product.
Not just a landing page — a full platform: acquisition site, personal account, help center, knowledge base, and trust pages.
Your job is to make sure every user who arrives on the web understands the product, wants it, and buys it.

Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)

What you will own

  • ​​​acquisition layer:
    — main product website — positioning, structure, conversion;
    — country-specific landing pages (e.g. Mobile Internet in Japan, Mobile Internet in Thailand);
    — SEO strategy and execution together with the marketing team.
  • support layer:
    — help center and knowledge base — users solve issues without opening a ticket;
    — support page with live chat integration;
    — deflection rate as a key metric.
  • trust layer:
    — security, compliance, and licensing pages by market;
    — press kit and about pages;
    — content that closes objections before purchase.
  • account layer:
    — web personal cabinet — eSIM management, purchase history, credits, settings;
    — consistency between web and mobile app experience.

Responsibilities

  • own the digital platform roadmap end to end;
  • set up full analytics coverage: funnels, heatmaps, session recordings;
  • find where users drop off and build hypotheses to fix it;
  • coordinate SEO, marketing, design, and development around a single roadmap;
  • write clear specs, accept results, maintain quality;
  • report on web metrics weekly: traffic, conversion, support deflection.
Key metrics:
  • website conversion rate (visit → install / purchase);

  • organic traffic growth (SEO);

  • help center deflection rate;

  • time to first action on site;

  • personal cabinet return rate.

What We Expect from You

Hard Skills:
  • 2+ years as Product Manager or Analyst on a web product;

  • strong understanding of conversion funnels and web analytics;

  • hands-on experience with GA4, Hotjar, or equivalents;

  • ability to write clear product specs for developers;

  • SEO understanding at a strategy level;

  • english — fluent (product is global, Western audience).

Soft skills:

  • thinks from the user, not from technical constraints;

  • holds multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping context;

  • prioritizes ruthlessly in a resource-constrained environment;

  • communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • experience launching a product in Western markets;
  • travel tech, telecom, subscription product background or top-up models;

  • CRO (conversion rate optimization) experience;

  • localization and multi-language product experience.
