Planned position, opportunity to make a job offer to two candidates, possibility to start working from June 2026 or even later.

Responsibilities:


— Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, trust, and retention;
— Lead all client-facing communication regarding onboarding, subscriptions, renewals, invoices, and overall account health;
— Monitor subscription hours, maintain accurate CRM/project information, and ensure smooth operational processes;
— Collaborate with Project Managers, sales, and cross-functional teams to align client expectations and project delivery;
— Drive renewals, resolve escalations, and proactively identify solutions to support long-term client growth and loyalty.

Required Skills:

  • Spoken and written English: C1;

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently manage international clients;

  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously;

  • Ability to handle escalations, difficult conversations, and conflict resolution professionally;

  • Analytical mindset with attention to commercial and operational details;

  • Prior experience with marketing, design projects, or Web3 clients will be a plus.
