HYPERVSN is looking for an opportunity to hire Sales Operations Specilaist who will be working alongside several Business Development Managers across multiple countries -handling the operational workload that keeps deals moving from first conversation to signed contract and successful delivery.

Targeted business sectors include Digital Signage, Retail, Events, Education, Public Safety and many others.
Most of your day is practical: building quotations and putting together client presentations (slides, video showcases, product materials), keeping the CRM accurate, and staying on top of communication threads between sales, clients, and internal teams. When a deal is moving toward close, you're the one making sure Logistics knows the delivery date, Finance has what they need, and the client isn't left waiting on an answer.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Sales support and day-to-day BDM requests:
- Building quotations and putting together client presentations - slides, mockups, video showcases, product materials and supporting materials. Making sure the numbers are right and it looks like HYPERVSN.
- Staying on top of communication as opportunities move toward close: answering operational questions, confirming delivery timelines, keeping things moving without the BDM having to chase every thread.
- Coordinating across Product, Marketing, Design, Finance, Technical, and Logistics to clarify details and handle requests from both the sales team and clients.
2. Project management:
- Supporting demo and PoC logistics when deals need it: equipment coordination, on-site setup, stakeholder alignment.
- Once a deal moves into deployment, you track progress, align internal teams, and make sure the project lands as promised.
- After installation, the BDM stays the main point of contact with the client — but you're there in the background, ready to help troubleshoot and work through any issues together if they come up.
3. General operational tasks:
- Managing CRM entries in Odoo: new contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes creation and tracking.
- Helping keep the Sales Self-Service Portal stocked with current assets, price lists, and process documents.
- Completing vendor registration and account request forms for client procurement systems.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. You'll communicate directly with clients and external teams.
- At least one year in sales support, sales operations, project management or a similar role where you owned tasks end-to-end.
- CRM experience - we use Odoo. HubSpot or Salesforce backgrounds are fine; expect a short learning curve.
- You catch mistakes before they go out. Details matter here.
- You are ready to own, not just follow the process.
Nice to have:
- A second language - French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic all appear regularly in our pipeline.
- Experience working alongside BDMs on longer enterprise sales cycles.
- Background in hardware, tech, or SaaS.
Worth knowing:
Around major trade shows - CES, NRF, ISE and others - the pace changes and the workload spikes. The variety of work is genuinely one of the better things about the role, but if you need a predictable week every week, it's worth knowing that up front.
