Sales Manager (with Spanish language knowledge)

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Spanish- speaking clients and build strong business relationships

• Identify and develop opportunities with both new and existing partners

• Lead contract negotiations and close deals

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration

• Maintain accurate records of client activity in CRM

• Make cold calls to potential clients and present our solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Spanish – B2 level or higher (required)

• English – B1 (for internal communication)

• Great communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to work independently and stay motivated

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and good organization

• Basic PC literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus
