Senior System Analyst

Individual entrepreneur working on an international project is looking for a Senior System Analyst. You will help design, integrate, and evolve fintech systems serving multiple international markets.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions, integrations, and system workflows.
• Create functional specifications, BPMN/UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Define API contracts, integration requirements, and data mappings.
• Support development and QA teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers, including payment systems, trading platforms, and third-party services.

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading operations, payment flows, and fintech products.
• Experience working with fintech, payments, trading, banking, or other complex transactional systems.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and common integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML, sequence diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Experience with MT4, MT5, or other trading platforms.
• Experience with PSP integrations.
• Experience with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
• Ability to read and understand application code.
