We build the technology that powers FX and CFD brokerages worldwide - trading platforms, liquidity bridges, back office, CRM, and risk management. Our buyers are sophisticated: COOs, Heads of Trading, Heads of Risk, and CEOs at brokerage firms. Your job is to start credible conversations with them.
The role
You’ll find the right people at the right firms, open conversations on LinkedIn, run structured outreach sequences over email and (occasionally) phone or WhatsApp, and book qualified discovery calls for our senior sales team. You won’t close deals. You’ll book meetings - and each qualified meeting is a real, measurable win.
This is mostly written outreach. Expect a handful of short discovery calls per week, not 40 cold dials a day.
This is you if
- You write clear, persuasive messages in English and enjoy the craft of it
- You are persistent and methodical - you can run a structured outreach sequence over weeks without losing focus
- You are comfortable being told no, and you come back with a sharper angle
- You are curious about how businesses actually work, and you want to learn the FX/CFD industry deeply
- You can hold your own in a short conversation with a senior executive
- Your written English reads as native or near-native
What you’ll do
- Identify decision-makers at brokerage firms using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools
- Run personalized outreach sequences across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our criteria
- Book discovery calls and product demos for senior sales
- Track your pipeline cleanly so nothing falls through the cracks
How you’ll be measured
By the number and quality of qualified meetings you book. Every booked qualified demo is a win, and you earn a meaningful bonus on each one - on top of your base salary.

What we need
- Early-career, or switching careers from another field - we care about how you think, not your years of experience
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Organised and self-driven
- Strong FX or fintech knowledge is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
