We are seeking a Office manager (remote) for our partner at an American company that investigates digital crimes, protects online reputations, and neutralizes cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior management with HR management;
- Solving complex problems;
- Assisting in recruiting the necessary personnel for the company;
- Creating work schedules;
- Documentation management.
- Carrying out other assignments.
- At least 2 years of experience as an office manager or HR specialist;
- Extensive experience in previous positions;
- High level of diligence and empathy;
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with a desk and reliable equipment for effective remote work;
- English proficiency at least at B2-C1 level;
- Knowledge of Spanish is a significant advantage;
- Confident PC user.
Conditions:
- Global Remote: 100% remote work from anywhere in the world.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM New York time (including a one-hour lunch break). Weekends are based on US federal holidays.
