Banuba builds Face AR and Video Editor SDKs powering 500+ mobile and web apps across beauty, social, fitness, video conferencing, e-learning and e-commerce verticals. Our technology is integrated by partners ranging from early-stage startups to global brands such as Snap and Samsung. We are growing the sales team to capture demand on US, EU and MENA markets.
The role
You will own a personal pipeline of companies integrating AR, beauty effects or video editing into their products. Deal mix ranges from early-stage startups to enterprise customers with multi-year strategic contracts. Reporting to VP of Sales, working alongside pre-sales engineers and the product team.
What you will do
- Run discovery calls
- Manage and close opportunities generated through inbound interest and SDR support
- Develop relationships with strategic target accounts through outbound outreach and networking
- Lead discovery conversations with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs and identify strong use cases
- Partner with pre-sales engineers during technical evaluations and solution discussions
- Navigate commercial discussions and support negotiations with procurement, legal, and finance teams when needed
- Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline and contribute to forecasting processes
- Share customer and market insights with the product team, including trends and competitive feedback
You are a fit if you have
- 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing deals with multiple stakeholders and varying deal sizes
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
Nice to have
- Experience selling SDKs, APIs, developer tools, or technical software products
- Familiarity with mobile apps, AR, video, beauty tech, social platforms, fitness, or video conferencing industries
- Additional language skills such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Korean
Interview process
- Introductory conversation with HR (30 min)
- Interview with Hiring Manager (45 min)
- Practical sales exercise / role play (60 min, preparation materials provided in advance)
- Final conversation with leadership team (30 min)
