VIDEN is a digital advertising agency that partners with eCommerce brands to help them grow through smart marketing decisions backed by analytics. We specialize in platforms like Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, and Amazon Ads to deliver measurable results.

We’re on the hunt for a talented Performance Video Designer (AI-focused) who’s passionate about creating compelling visuals that drive results. This is a great opportunity to grow creatively while working on diverse and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

Video Production & Performance Creative
- Own the full creative production cycle for short-form video ads, from concept to final delivery
- Create dynamic, engaging, and conversion-focused video creatives for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Edit high-performing advertising content using a mix of existing footage, UGC, AI-generated assets, stock materials, and platform-native content
- Adapt and optimize video creatives for multiple formats, placements, and audience segments
- Produce multiple creative variations to support testing, scaling, and performance marketing initiatives

AI-Powered Creative Production
- Create AI-generated UGC (User-Generated Content) assets, including AI personas, voiceovers, and virtual spokesperson videos
- Utilize AI tools to generate visual effects, enhance production quality, and accelerate creative workflows
- Stay up to date with emerging AI creative technologies and implement them into production processes

Visual Design & Creative Assets
- Create supporting visual assets, including static graphics, thumbnails, ad visuals, and simple animated elements that enhance video performance
- Develop visually compelling motion graphics that strengthen brand messaging and campaign performance
- Ensure all creative assets align with client branding and platform best practices

Creative Ideation & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with marketers, media buyers, and creative strategists to transform campaign objectives into effective visual concepts
- Contribute creative ideas, storyboards, hooks, and visual approaches that improve engagement and conversion rates
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews

Trend Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor social media, advertising, and creative trends across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Analyze top-performing creatives and recommend new formats, styles, and approaches
- Continuously test and refine creative concepts to improve advertising performance and campaign results

Requirements:

◆ ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​AI-Driven Workflow
- Hands-on experience with an AI-first creative workflow
- Proven ability to leverage generative AI tools such as Kling, Seedance, Google Veo etc. (for video creation) ElevenLabs, Gemini Pro etc. (for voiceover), and similar platforms throughout the creative production process
- Experience using AI to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate content creation, and scale creative output while maintaining quality

Marketing & Creative Understanding
- Strong understanding of modern digital advertising, performance marketing, and social media creative best practices
- Knowledge of current creative trends across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms
- Ability to create content that captures attention quickly and drives engagement, clicks, and conversions

Technical Skills
- Solid video editing skills in СapCut (or similar tools). Basic to intermediate After Effects skills for text animation and simple motion graphics
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop
- Ability to create clean, engaging video edits with simple animations, captions, transitions, and graphic overlays
- Ability to work with various video formats and platform-specific requirements

Personal Qualities
- Creative thinker with a strong visual sense and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent taste, visual awareness, and understanding of contemporary design and content trends
- Ability to generate original ideas and propose innovative creative solutions

Project & Team Management:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where most creative tasks are expected to be completed within 1-2 business days

Language Skills
- English level: B1+ or higher (written and spoken)

Portfolio Requirement
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing video editing, advertising creatives, and AI-generated content projects
