GP Solutions is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Management Assistant to support our Project Managers and Business Analysts — with a strong focus on coordinating AI-assisted documentation and specification work.
This is a process-driven role. You won't be writing specifications by hand: instead, you'll direct AI tools to produce them, control the quality of the output, and make sure every task is carried through to completion.
Format: Remote or Minsk office, full-time.

GP Travel Enterprise (GPTE) is an innovative and powerful travel automation solution, which helps companies across the globe to run and grow their businesses.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;
- Clear, structured thinking and ability to document information consistently;
- Strong execution and reliability: we value getting things done right and on time;
- The ability to organize, structure, and control a process rather than do everything manually
- Readiness to use AI tools daily, or a strong ability to learn them quickly;
- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (Google Docs, etc.)
- Working English for documentation and transcript processing (B1+);
- Understanding of IT and software development processes is a plus.
Your responsibilities:
- Capture and document key takeaways, agreements, and action items after PMTF / TTF / Grooming sessions, as well as client meetings held together with GPTE consultants;
- Process meeting transcripts and integrate them into documentation tools (e.g., Outline);
- Direct AI agents to prepare specifications, then review and refine the results;
- Organize, input, and structure project-related data and documents;
- Provide operational support to the PM/BA teams, keeping tasks on track to completion.
