We are looking for a Partner Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a talent for building deep, long-term relationships. You will be the driving force behind our partners' success, helping them scale their business, optimize their ad campaigns, and unlock new growth opportunities.

This is a high-impact position where your work directly influences partner satisfaction and financial growth. You will balance strategic communication with data-driven performance analysis, ensuring a premium level of service.

Your impact:

  • Manage the full cycle of communication with existing partners, including negotiations, regular meetings, and business correspondence

  • Onboard new partners seamlessly according to internal standards and train them on the company’s products and ecosystem

  • Assist partners and clients in analyzing results, optimizing budgets, and improving their advertising campaign performance

  • Drive the active growth and development of current partners, ensuring they scale in volume and the number of advertising assets

  • Own full responsibility for the financial health of your projects, continuously increasing turnover and profit margins

  • Track payment cycles, manage contracts, and ensure smooth and timely end-of-period reporting closures

What you bring:
  • 2+ years of successful experience as an Account Manager or Partner Manager within a digital advertising agency
  • Solid expertise in managing partners in digital promotion across major platforms (Telegram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, Twitter Business, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in web and mobile analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Yandex Metrica)
  • Deep understanding of core performance marketing metrics (CPC, СРМ, CPA, CPF, CTR, ROAS, ROI)
  • Advanced negotiation skills and high standards of professional business communication

  • Confident Business English at a B2 level or higher

  • As a plus: Proven track record of active partner acquisition and business development
