We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand & Marketing Designer (part-time) to help shape and evolve Syberry’s brand presence across digital channels.
This role combines visual design, creative thinking, motion graphics, and AI-powered content creation. You will work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to transform business goals into compelling visual concepts and high-quality marketing assets.
The Project
Syberry.com is more than a corporate website – it is a fast-evolving digital platform that shapes Syberry’s global brand presence, attracts new clients, and helps talented professionals discover career opportunities within the company. The project combines product thinking, modern UX/UI design, employer branding, and continuous experimentation with new features, performance improvements, and user engagement solutions. Following a major redesign and brand refresh in 2024/2025, the platform continues to grow with a strong focus on innovation, usability, and visual quality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and stakeholders to develop campaign concepts and visual solutions based on business goals, audience insights, and content strategy
- Own the visual direction of marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring consistency and a recognizable brand identity
- Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences
- Create and oversee the production of high-quality visual assets across digital channels, websites, social media, presentations, video, and other marketing touchpoints
- Create simple motion graphics, animations, and promotional videos when appropriate
- Act as a guardian of visual consistency across Syberry’s brand ecosystem, including collaboration with external partners and contractors when needed
- Contribute ideas to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, website content, and brand communication
- Monitor design trends, emerging platforms, AI-powered creative tools, and evolving visual communication practices, bringing relevant ideas into the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Visual Design, Brand Design, Marketing Design, Creative Design, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing assets, campaign work, visual storytelling, and brand-focused design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar motion design tools, including creating simple animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos
- Experience creating visual content for digital channels, websites, and social media
- Ability to independently develop visual concepts from a brief, with a strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual communication principles
- Ability to present and defend design decisions
- Strong B2 or higher level of English for communication with US-based team
