MotherRetreat is a premium birth and postpartum doula agency serving families across South Florida. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to help expand our services into new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate new markets for expansion
  • Develop and execute launch plans for new locations
  • Recruit, screen, and onboard doulas in new markets
  • Identify and establish local referral partnerships
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers, birth professionals, and community organizations
  • Coordinate the creation of city-specific website pages
  • Oversee Google Business Profile setup and optimization
  • Coordinate with marketing, recruiting, and operations teams
  • Monitor key performance indicators for each new market
  • Maintain launch timelines and ensure project completion
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and recommendations
  • Identify growth opportunities and operational bottlenecks
  • Take ownership of expansion projects from planning through launch

Requirements

  • The bank is not under sanctions
  • Experience in business development, expansion, operations, or project management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools

Preferred

  • Experience launching services in new geographic markets
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, maternity, childcare, or service-based businesses
  • Experience recruiting contractors or service providers
