The Marketing Specialist is responsible for defining and executing the global marketing strategy across all operating jurisdictions. This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy, requiring a marketer who is comfortable operating within a complex, multi-regional business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group’s digital marketing presence, including the corporate website, SEO strategy, and all digital channels.
- Develop and oversee a content marketing programme, including technical articles, case studies, and white papers that demonstrate the company’s expertise.
- Manage the social media strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring content is relevant, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Partner closely with regional Business Development teams to develop market-specific campaigns, collateral, and client-facing materials that support the sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute the group’s events strategy, including industry conferences, trade shows, technical seminars, and client entertainment.
- Manage relationships with PR and media agencies, overseeing press activity, media placements, and the group’s external communications calendar.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related queries internally and externally.
- Manage the group marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend and clear return on investment (ROI).
- Produce regular performance reporting covering campaign outcomes and digital analytics.
- Evaluate, select, and manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, with demonstrable experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content.
- Experience managing digital marketing programmes, including website management, SEO, paid media, and social media.
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear, executive-ready presentations.
- Experience in market and competitor research, with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Ability to compile, analyse, and interpret marketing data from relevant sources, and deliver structured, easy-to-understand reports to management.
- Experience managing agencies, creative partners, and external vendors.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite and marketing technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).
- Experience working with AI tools and graphic design software.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a complex, fast-paced international environment.
- Experience working in a group/holding company environment with multi-jurisdictional scope.
- Fluency in English.
