Finance Manager | Финансовый менеджер (Fintech)

We’re looking for the first dedicated finance hire to help build and scale the finance function of a growing international company.

This is a hands-on role working directly with the CEO. You’ll take ownership of finance operations, reporting, budgeting, and financial processes across the business while helping establish the foundation for a scalable finance function.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day finance operations across the company.

Prepare and maintain management reporting, including monthly P&L reporting and financial performance tracking.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management across departments.

Monitor cash flow and provide visibility into company finances for leadership.

Manage invoices, vendor payments, contractor payments, and payroll processes.

Support crypto-related payment operations and reconciliations.

Coordinate finance activities across US and UAE entities.

Act as the primary point of contact for external accounting partners, including our accounting team in Uzbekistan.

Improve financial controls, reporting processes, and internal workflows.

Build scalable finance processes and help establish the company’s finance function from the ground up.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Finance, Finance Operations, Accounting, or related roles.

Experience working in IT, SaaS, technology, fintech, or other digital-first businesses.

Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, budgeting, cash flow management, and management reporting.

Ability to work independently and operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Professional Russian and English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience working with СIS, US and UAE entities.

Experience in fintech, SaaS, technology, or other international businesses.

Exposure to crypto-related operations or digital assets.

Experience building finance processes in a startup environment.
