Project manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our company and help us drive successful delivery of software projects in a fast-moving engineering environment. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders, keep projects aligned with business goals, and make sure our internal platform tools and documentation stay organized and up to date.

What specialist we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in Project Management roles in IT.

Deep knowledge of best practices and efficient processes for managing rapidly growing engineering teams.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and simple way.

Ability to build trusted relationships within the team and with clients.

Strong planning skills: ability to understand task dependencies, organize delivery, and find the most efficient way to solve problems.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, and other project management tools.

English level B2.

Practical experience using AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, support planning, improve documentation, summarize meetings, structure information, and assist with project coordination.

Main tasks:

Lead and manage software development from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements, define objectives, and build clear project plans.

Keep all user documentation for internally developed platform tools accurate, organized, and up to date.

Align the development process within the team, ensuring smooth coordination and effective collaboration between team members.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and facilitate effective communication and information sharing across the project team.

Use AI-powered tools to speed up routine work, improve documentation quality, support decision-making, and optimize project workflows.

Nice to have:

Experience coordinating distributed or remote engineering teams.

Understanding of software delivery metrics and operational workflows.

Familiarity with modern AI assistants, meeting summarizers, documentation helpers, knowledge bases, or workflow automation tools.
