WGG Advertising Agency is looking for a Manager of the call-center. Constant flow of warm leads. We will teach you how to effectively communicate with customers and immerse you in the world of online advertising!

The tasks that you will solve:

• Calls to a ready-made (warm) English-speaking and Arabic-speaking lead database in order to identify their needs and schedule meetings with the Sales department;
• Working at amoCRM;
• Work according to the regulations and scripts for calls.

What is important to us:

• Knowledge of English (C1);

• Knowledge of Arabic (C1);

• Knowledge of French (B2) would be an advantage;

• Work experience in the call center;
• Communication skills and competent oral speech;
• Positive attitude to monotonous tasks and quick adaptation to new ones​;
• Willingness to phone communication.
