Requirements:

• Experience in ERP systems, with significant exposure to ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics);
• Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects, preferably implementation projects;
• In-depth understanding of any of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc;
• Fluent English (B2+);
• Strong leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and guide them through complex projects;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and team members;
• Ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions;
• Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Expertise in leading change management efforts during ERP implementation to ensure smooth adoption by users.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales manager on presale phase by exposing expertise and preparing demo for potential clients;
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents;
• Identify and manage project resources, both internal and external, including staff, vendors, and consultants;
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies;
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with business objectives;
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science, Business Administration or related field;
• ERP Certification would be a plus;
• Spoken German (B1 or higher) would be a big plus.
