Andersen is hiring a SEO Marketing Specialist for a project improving organic search visibility through keyword research, SEO strategy, and content optimization for an educational platform.

The project is focused on SEO-driven course keyword research for an educational website. It aims to improve non-brand organic visibility, align course content with student search behavior, and identify strategic SEO opportunities through keyword analysis, competitor benchmarking, search intent mapping, and information architecture support.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimizing website content, metadata, and landing pages for search engines.
- Performing technical SEO audits and collaborating with development teams to resolve SEO issues.
- Monitoring website performance and analyzing SEO metrics using analytics tools.
- Tracking industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and recommending optimization strategies.
- Preparing regular SEO performance reports and actionable recommendations.
Must-haves:
- Experience in SEO (on-page, off-page and technical) for 2+ years.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
