Marketing Specialist

Andersen is hiring a Marketing Specialist for a project enhancing digital content, strengthening brand presence, and improving customer engagement across eCommerce platforms.

The customer is a technology-driven eCommerce solutions provider that helps consumer brands grow online sales across marketplaces, branded digital stores, and other commerce channels. It offers services and tools for marketplace management, order operations, fulfillment, payments, analytics, and digital growth, supporting brands in scaling their online presence and improving commercial performance across multiple markets.

The project is focused on redesigning and enhancing customer-facing digital content across multiple product lines. It includes improving product pages, brand content, and digital storefronts to increase customer engagement, strengthen brand consistency, and drive higher conversion rates through a scalable, benefit-driven content strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Developing conversion-focused messaging across Amazon touchpoints (PDP, A+ Content, Brand Store).
• Creating compelling copy for image overlays, A+ modules, and Brand Store pages.
• Adapting messaging based on provided content strategy and product positioning.
• Optimizing content for Amazon SEO and AI-assisted search.
• Ensuring messaging clearly communicates product benefits, differentiators, and customer value.
• Supporting content consistency across multiple product categories and audiences.
• Collaborating closely with the design team to create engaging, customer-centric assets.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing and content creation for eCommerce for 2+ years.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
• Experience developing messaging frameworks and customer-facing content.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Amazon listings, A+ Content, or marketplace marketing.
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO and product ranking factors.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, beauty, or retail industries.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted search optimization and marketplace trends.
