DevOps (k8s) Engineer

We are BLD Soft, a product-driven IT company that has been developing a platform for IPTV/OTT services since 2015. Our in-house solutions - streaming, CDN, and middleware - ensure stable system performance for millions of users.

We are currently looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing infrastructure, maintaining high availability, and supporting customer-hosted environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide support for servers hosted at the customer’s site.
• Manage and monitor server infrastructure.
• Plan and coordinate software updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.
• Collaborate with developers in the ongoing development and optimization of software products.

Requirements:
Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, Fedora).
• At least 3 year of production experience with Kubernetes (k8s).
• Experience with MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with ELK stack, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with cluster systems (e.g., databases, load balancers).
• Solid understanding of networking and basic security (iptables).
• Proficient in BASH scripting.
• Monitoring experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with Docker containers.
• Knowledge of Nginx web servers.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions and FluxCD.
• Familiarity with video processing and transcoding technologies.
• Experience with OTT/IPTV streaming systems, including HeadEnd hardware/software.
