Project Manager | Junior+ / Middle

Ready to elevate yourself in IT management?

We are looking for a Junior+ / Middle Project Manager: a proactive organizer with an empathetic yet confident approach to teams and processes, to be a reliable "go-to person" for our teams.

We expect you to take an active part in our production projects right from the start, supported by strong PMs during your onboarding

Your responsibilities:

• Manage small / medium projects and support tasks

• Ensure that your projects are delivered on-time, within scope, schedule and budget

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Organize the workflow according to project’s requirements

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Act as a bridge between business and the tech team

What we expect from you:

• You have 1–1.5 years of commercial experience in PM

• Proactive, systemic thinking mindset, and a problem-solving approach

• Solid proficiency in PM’s tools

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (B2+)

• You’re confident user of AI-tools
