Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and lead the delivery of complex, high-impact solutions for clients in the U.S. market.

In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders, drive discovery and decision-making, and ensure business needs are translated into clear, actionable solutions. This position requires strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and solid experience in outsourcing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client communication and facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs, challenging assumptions where necessary
• Translate business requirements into structured documentation (business, user, solution levels)
• Propose optimal solutions aligned with business goals and constraints
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support teams during implementation and clarify requirements when needed

Required Qualifications

• Higher education degree (technical degree is a plus)
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years of experience working with U.S. clients or the U.S. market
• 4+ years of direct, regular client communication (mandatory)
• 3+ years of experience in B2B projects with direct client interaction
• Strong experience in outsourcing (at least 50% of BA career)
• Experience across the full requirements lifecycle (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation)
• Ability to work with business, user, and solution-level requirements
• Experience with complex systems (CRM, ERP, integrations, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• English level: C1 or higher
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Product Owner role
• Experience with fixed-price projects
• Understanding of market and competitor analysis
• Cross-domain business experience
