We are looking for a talented and experienced Payroll Specialist to strengthen the current finance team for the group of international companies.
What you’ll do:

Calculation and payment of payroll and reimbursement.

Posting of payroll and vacation accrual into the accounting system. Monthly revision and posting of actual numbers.

Communication with outsource accountants on payroll issues and other inquiries from employees.

Preparing invoices and acts of acceptance for different types of employment.

Calculation of bonuses for all employees and assistance to the HR/Recruiting team with preparation of new calculators based on KPIs and targets.

Mailing or uploading of payslips on a monthly basis. Communication with employees on their inquiries.

Guiding employees with details of payroll calculation, pay out and other payment related questions.

Assisting in communication with banks on payroll related matters.
-
Preparing analytical reports for Finance and HR.
About you:
-
3+ years of experience in payroll calculation and accounting in the tech or accounting company.

Track record in scaling-up/start-ups/expanding business projects in an organisation.
-
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including mastery of formulas.
-
Ability to work with large data massives.
-
University degree.
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the flexibility to operate well in a rapidly changing, often high-pressure environment.

B1+ English language level.
-
Ability to work in a matrix structure with shared responsibilities and resources.
