Accountant / Chief Accountant

We are looking for a highly qualified Accountant or Chief Accountant to join our client’s team in the USA. This is an opportunity to work for a stable international company following American standards, fully remotely, from anywhere in the world.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities):
You will be responsible for the full-cycle accounting and financial management of the company in accordance with international standards.

• Accounting: Full-cycle bookkeeping in accordance with US GAAP.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing, analyzing, and timely submitting financial reports.
• Reconciliation: Regular reconciliation of accounts and bank statements.
• Payroll: Processing employee payroll (USA).
• Tax Compliance: Preparing documentation for tax reporting.
• Communication: Close collaboration with the finance team and partners in the USA.

Our expectations from the candidate:
We are looking for an experienced, self-sufficient, and highly organized professional.

• Experience: At least 5 years in accounting. MANDATORY experience with QuickBooks Online will be a significant advantage. Preferably in international companies or audit firms.
• Language skills: B2+ and higher (oral).
• Standards knowledge: Knowledge of US GAAP will be an advantage.
• Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
• Self-sufficiency: Readiness to work remotely, ability to manage time effectively.

Working conditions:

• Format: Fully remote (work from home, an office, or anywhere in the world).
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT-5, New York time).
