What you will do:

Receive, log, and process user requests through Jira Service Desk, email, and Slack

Perform initial diagnosis of incidents and service requests
-
Resolve standard tasks in Linux environments
-
Analyze application and operating system logs
-
Escalate incidents to L2/L3 support with complete diagnostic information
-
Monitor task progress and SLA compliance
-
Maintain and update technical documentation and the knowledge base
What you should have:
-
Basic knowledge of Linux systems, including Ubuntu and Debian
-
Confident use of the Linux command line
-
Solid understanding of the Linux file system structure
-
Strong knowledge of core networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSH
-
Ability to analyze logs and identify the root causes of standard system failures
-
Experience working with ticketing platforms such as Jira Service Management
-
Strong technical writing skills for creating internal documentation
-
Intermediate English proficiency (B1)
