Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and result-driven Product Manager to take ownership of our OTC pharmaceutical portfolio (3-4 brands) and drive its to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on marketing approach and is eager to influence product success in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute powerful brand strategies that deliver sustainable growth. Or adapt global brand strategies locally for OTC products
- Deep dive into market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Lead product lifecycle management – from idea to launch and beyond
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, global teams)
- Prepare and monitor marketing budgets and forecasts
- Drive promotional activities and campaigns in line with company objectives
- Plan, organize and execute Online&Offline Marketing Events
- Monitor product performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and ethical standards
Requirements:
- Higher education in Medicine. Additional Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing would be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Product/ Marketing Manager in a pharmaceutical company (2+ years)
- Experience working with OTC products as an advantage
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Good understanding of consumer-driven healthcare markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory, both written/spoken), the candidates may be required to pass a language assessment to confirm the level.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics
