ERP Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• E-2-E business-process modeling and decomposition of the requirements;
• Developing and management of functional requirements, use cases and detailed design specifications;
• Supporting Development and Quality Assurance teams and clarifying requirements on day to day basis;
• Working closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to capture business requirements;
• Impact analysis and proposal of solution variants;
• Participating in project planning activities together with project managers, solution architects and technical managers;
• Communicating with internal product teams to identify possible out of the box solutions and best practices.

Requirements:

• Requirements Analysis and Management (Business, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements)
• Negotiation skills
• Severity estimation experience
• Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches
• Good knowledge of BPMN/UML, SQL (writing queries, simple joins), Excel (pivots), Confluence, JIRA
• Higher education in a technical or economics field
• Intermediate English level

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP and/or CRM support
• Experience in the financial sector
