Sales Manager

We have been working with Salesforce since 2017. We are looking for an experienced sales manager to drive business growth and establish an effective sales process. Since we don't have a mature sales process, this role will take ownership of designing, implementing, and continuously improving the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize the company's end-to-end sales process.
• Active communication with existing and previous customers (upsale).
• Qualify new business opportunities and submit proposals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Work closely with Salesforce consultants to find and offer to customers best solutions.
• Ensure CRM data quality and establish sales best practices.
• Help with website and SM content

Requirements

Hard Skills

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in IT consulting, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience building or improving sales processes in a growing company.
• Understanding of Salesforce products and the CRM ecosystem.
• Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems
• Excellent written and spoken English.
